The PGA Tour is where golf’s biggest names and rising stars showcase their skills on the biggest stages, creating the week-to-week drama that keeps fans hooked. I began my career as a Product Designer at Turner Sports, working as a Sr. Designer on the PGA Tour website. Smart phones had just come out, and so we set about designing a mobile web experience, and then moved on to handset and tablet apps. It was the wild west, and such an exciting time to be a Product Designer, creating the foundations on which many, many different sports apps would be built in Turner Sports.
This is one of the very first iterations of the PGA Tour app, showcasing weekly tournaments, player stats, and Video on Demand.
