Hello! I’m Molly, an innovative design leader with deep expertise in digital product design, user experience, and design thinking. I’ve been creating digital products for over 20 years, and have harnessed ever-changing technologies to push limits in pursuit of excellence. I love leading creative teams, and have a knack for drawing out each person’s unique, artistic gifts.

I enjoyed a long career here in Atlanta as Sr. Director of Product Design at Warner Bros. Discovery (formerly WarnerMedia, and Turner Broadcasting), leading product design for incredible brands like Bleacher Report, NCAA, March Madness, Ryder Cup, and PGA. Before that, I worked at Yahoo! in Los Angeles as a graphic designer. Prior to my corporate life, I ran my own business creating websites for small companies and brands.

An Atlanta native, I attended college in Virginia, graduating from W&L University with a BA in Art History. After a brief stint working in London, I returned home and completed a graphic design program at The Creative Circus, a portfolio school in Atlanta.

I love all things creative, and in my spare time you can find me painting, making jewelry, needlepointing, and flirting with interior design. I also enjoy reading, traveling, hiking, cooking and pilates.
